Complete Service Group – Commercial Cleaning Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Complete Service Group (“we”, “our”, “us”) and any business or individual engaging our cleaning services (“you”, “your”, “the Client”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Provided

1.1 We provide commercial cleaning services as agreed in writing with each Client.
1.2 The scope of work, frequency, and pricing will be confirmed in a quotation, proposal, or service agreement.
1.3 Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.


2. Access & Requirements

2.1 You agree to provide our cleaners with safe and reasonable access to the premises during the agreed cleaning times.
2.2 You must inform us of any site-specific health & safety requirements, security procedures, or restricted areas.
2.3 If access is not granted at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge the full fee.


3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You must inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special cleaning requirements prior to the service.
3.2 We are not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile, high-value, or requiring specialist care.
3.3 You are responsible for providing water, electricity, and adequate lighting for our staff.


4. Our Staff

4.1 All staff are vetted, trained, and insured.
4.2 You must not directly employ or offer work to our staff during or within 12 months of the end of our agreement.
4.3 Any breach of this may result in a recruitment fee equal to 20% of the employee’s annual salary.


5. Health & Safety

5.1 We comply with all relevant health & safety regulations.
5.2 Our staff are not permitted to move heavy furniture, operate machinery not provided by us, or carry out tasks outside their training.


6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Prices are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
6.2 Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days.
6.3 Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus recovery costs.
6.4 All prices are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated.


7. Cancellations & Termination

7.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
7.2 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.
7.3 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
7.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Payment is overdue;

  • Unsafe conditions are present; or

  • Our staff are subject to abuse or harassment.


8. Liability & Insurance

8.1 We carry public liability insurance and employer’s liability insurance.
8.2 Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the relevant service, except where caused by our negligence.
8.3 We are not liable for:

  • Wear and tear,

  • Pre-existing damage,

  • Loss of business or consequential losses.


9. Complaints

9.1 Complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of the service.
9.2 We will investigate and, if necessary, re-clean the area free of charge.


10. Force Majeure

10.1 We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (including extreme weather, strikes, illness, or government restrictions).


11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
11.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
