Complete Service Group was formed in May 2024 by highly experienced company director John Dalby to offer exceptionally high standards of managed cleaning services at very competitive prices to the commercial and construction sectors.

John has two accolades that sets him apart in the commercial cleaning industry.
The first is that he has never, in 30+ years in the industry, lost a Client due to non-performance. The second is, having successfully managed, delivered and retained over five million cleaning hours over three decades, there is nothing that he doesn’t know about great service delivery and Client satisfaction.
